DETAIL ENGINEERING :

Programming and cabinet construction : After approval of the basic engineering concept, the detail and implementation engineering phase begins. PYRAMID now selects the best automaiton & instrumentation for the job. It builds and tests the network, programs the controllers, designs and tests the monitoring and visualization systems, completes the documentation etc. A Factory Acceptance Test on our premises confirms the satisfactory working of the system.

INSTALLATION& COMMISSIOMING :

After the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), the automation system is installed and commissioned at the customer's site. With the assistance of PYRAMID engineers, the system is installed, cabled and commissioned in full "compliance with industrial guidelines, E.G. ISO, FDA, GAMP, NAMUR etc.. It is handed over to the customer after successful completion of a Site Acceptance Test (SAT).
